Members of the MSUCOM Iota chapter gathered at Valu Land in Lansing Michigan to lend a hand during Habitat for Humanity's largest donation drive of the year! The Project titled "Bag to Build" had students bagging groceries and handing out treats to shoppers in order to raise funds for the Veteran Repair Project. Find out more about the project here.
Iota chapter members from MSUCOM lend a hand at Habitat for Humanity
The Iota Chapter of SSP went to the Habitat for Humanity Restore center to help reorganize the resale furniture store and help dispose of some unwanted items.
Members got to work off some of the stress of medical school using sledge hammers and axes to break down old wood furniture. The Restore was looking impeccably clean and reorganized by the time we left!
